I received two calls from Premier Savings reps while at work. Both people became quite pushy and offensive when I asked how they got my number. When I asked for more information on the company, both reps insulted me and hung up. I talked with a "supervisor" who also became rude and accused me of harassing her. If you check with the AZ Better Business Bureau, (http://www.bbb.org/central-northern-western-arizona/business-reviews/credit-cards-and-plans/premier-savings-in-mesa-az-23001306/) Premier Savings was rated an F due to the fact that the company has had 141 complaints filed against it. Just be aware of who you are dealing with!

Right before the holidays I received several phone calls from Premier Savings, after speaking to an account manager I was convinced b/c they knew exactly what cards I had and the balances, so I decided why not. Then after several phone calls and a 429.00 on my credit card I got nowhere. I then decided to call my credit card company and file a dispute, it's now Feb and they still haven't gotten back to my credit card company yet, so luckily my charge was reversed. Luckily it was on my credit card, they originally wanted an electronic debit from my checking account. Please be very aware and no matter how legit they sound don't bother.
