I did not sign up for this service. My husband saw it on my December Members First Federal Credit Union account

I was charged $16.95 without any agreement on my part. I had not agreed to this setup at all and, in fact, never saw it to agree to it.

Premier Savings

I received a call from Premier Savings about 1.5 years ago, and was actually excited. I had about 6,000 in credit card debt and planned on using my income tax return to reduce it drastically. They told me they could get me a loan to pay it off and be at a lower interest rate so i could use my income tax return for something else.. .Sounded good to me. I gave up all my information. They charged my credit card for over $400 and i was excited to get the process started. I called who they asked me to call and they denied me a credit line because of my current credit situation. I tried to call them back and get my money back. They gave me excuses about a form i needed to fill out and i got the info and have yet to send it in. I am significantly disappointed w my experience w Premier Savings. I have reduced my credit card debt on my own and have a wonderful credit score at this time.. and all thanks to wonderful me. I do intend on getting my money from Premier Savings.

Refusal to Submit Refund

Premier Savings is a company that states, they would help to build your credit and get you back on your feet. Once you sign up with the company they take about a minute to collect money from your account, but when they fail to help you, they take up to months to refund your money. Every time you call the company they make you leave a message with a computer, and they do not return your calls. It has been six months and I still haven't received my refund from a company who failed to give the support and the help they promised when I signed up with them. At this point I would not advise anyone to employ this company for any help.

Scammed, obtained information, lied

Premier Savings Corporation using "private number" called asking for me by name. Had all information about credit cards wanting to "help" lower payments. Jonathan Pauley and his assistant Denise were the callers. After reading reports on fraud today I will take the steps to cancel any transfer of credit card debt to them. Thank you for the eye opener. They sounded so sincere and reassuring on the phone but after thinking back on the conversation I should have detected a tone in their voices that was suspicious to me but I shook it off. I am a professional in health care so don't think you're immune to these scams. They bank on people trusting them; figuratively and literally.

Premeir savings scammed me

Premeir savings called me and told me they could try to consolidate my credit cards and possibly get me a line of credit enough to pay my car off with a good intrest rate better than what i was paying, Mind you I only owed around 1,800.00 on my credit cards so I didn't need to consolidate any credit cards. I told them this along with also my credit being bad, they assured me they could find me credit with a better rate. Not so!! I did just what they told me and no one wanted to give me credit. Now they get 20 percent of $499.00 I gave them. Now I told them unless they could help me with my car I didn't need them. They insisted and I finally agreeded hesitantly. And to top this off you can never get thru. Each time you call you either get a recording or someone takes your number for someone to call you back.

Premier savings scam

premier savings promised a low intrest rate card to consolidate my debt, all they provided was a $500 scam and no program. I did receive a call with a progam that was totally diferent than the one that was initally described. When I told them that I wanted the same program that was promised to me, I was told that they would have to go back and try again. I have waited for 3 weeks with no return calls. They stated that there was a 20% restocking fee, so even if they cannot find a program, that is assuming that one exist, you are still scamed out of money.

Watch out

So I have read quit a lot of the complaints and I had the same exact experience as almost everyone. Make a long story short I gave in to the scam and unfortunately did give them money upfront only to be completely ran around. I am still dealing with them. The first time I suspected something I called and spoke to the "manager" the minute I told her I felt like something was not right she completely flipped her lid! Threatening me and my family pushing buttons and hanging up on me and calling back. Seriously I felt like I was being punked and the F-ed up part is I still have yet to recieve anything. I am now filing with the attorney General. By the way I could go on and on about what this company has done to me but frankly I'm exhausted by it all. But I at least had to say something. Please be careful don't learn the hard way, don't give your money away for a service not rendered and especially over the phone.

Premier Savings called using "Private Caller" caller ID

I was just contacted in an unsolicited fashion by a representative from Premier Savings Bank, which he also identified as "PMS." He asked for me by name, first AND last (which suggests he's working from a list of name/# combos recently generated). He spewed the usual schtick about "Has anyone spoken with you about lowering your credit card balances/interest?" This reeked of a scam, and thanks to your site, I see that it is. I had a horrible experience with a company just like this about 10 years ago; it's shameful that companies like this are still allowed to do business in the same way. "Private Caller" appeared on my caller ID when this call came through. Upon my asking why, he informed me that I'd have to speak with my phone co. about that. I then asked him to repeat his full name (he started to give one name, hesitated, then gave another), and the name of his company ("PMS"). When I said "That's not what you told me before," he proceeded to get an attitude with me and inform me that it certainly was. I then asked the $64 billion question: "How did you get this number?" to which he replied "I'm just an employee, sir." I then asked to speak with his supervisor, whereupon he repeated that he was just an employee...I asked again for his supervisor, and he promptly hung up, without giving a contact number. This, back when I was a telemarketer...constituted a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1995...perhaps that's been superseded by something else, but I still believe that unsolicited telemarketing callers are required to give their full name AND a company contact number before disconnecting. This person did 1 out of 2. And I'm sure that making unsolicited telemarketing calls using "Private Caller" ID is against the law as well. If it isn't, it bloody well should be. Write your Members of Congress and demand answers on this. I had THOUGHT that all of my phone numbers were listed on the National Do Not Call Registry. I checked and found that they were NOT...apparently anything registered before the beginning of 2008 could expire; everything registered since then will be permanent thanks to a new law. If you don't want these calls, double check to see that you're registered at donotcall.gov (NOT .org). I just re-registered all of my #s...they send you email confirmations for each #. Save them! Bottom line: concerned citizens need to write to their Members of Congress and DEMAND that these "Debt Services" that rip people off be made illegal. Financial gurus recommend that people in money trouble ONLY use the nonprofit Consumer Credit Counseling, which has a good rep. for helping people surmount debt. Finally, report these scamming companies to the Federal Trade Commission (ftc.gov). "Protecting America's Consumers" is the FTC's motto--says so right on its Web site...

Premier Savings is a known scam...tried to scam me

Hi, I saw the complaints on this website and had to say something as well, specifically about the "Premier Savings" company. This company called me on the phone talking about reducing my interest rate on my credit cards to 7% interest or lower "garanteed". I've had experiences and my mother was scammed also in this way, she was promised services just like these and she paid upfront aswell and never got the service or her money back, so I was aware about this being the same thing. They said these services were already garanteed and decided upfront, that you didn't have to worry about them not working. I kind of saw something wrong with them asking for such a high fee (467.00) and also they said that if things went wrong they would reimburse my fee but they would keep 20%, fishy I thought, specially for something that is "garanteed" to work. The first representative speaks to you without recording so you can ask everything without compromise to them, then they switch you to someone who will make the deal and record the conversation, but that person usually wants you to hurry into saying "yes" so that you don't ask too many questions while being recorded so you won't compromise their little scheme I'm guessing. Anyways, after I said yes I checked the internet and found this site, thanks to you guys I called the credit card I used and was able to change my number and reverse the charge in time. The representative I spoke to told me that it was a scam, and that this wasn't the first time they've dealt with them. Also they told me that they had no such dealings with this company and they're "garanteed" 7% or lower ratings. So I guess it's clear to me it's a scam. I don't know what else to say, hope that it helps you as much as it did me.

I used to work for Real Solutions Center (In Arizona). If it was a scam, the bosses didn't tell us lead generators.

It all seemed legit in the office, but I remember a sister company that was a little sketchier. Overall, I can't really say if they did what they promised or not, but I believe that they did.

I just had a call from this company Premier Savings and it sounded all too good to be true when I was told that the credit card companies are happy to work with them and they are the only company that will actually help reduce your credit card interest and improve your credit, even though the gal I spoke with seemed sincere...I was "Googling" the company as we talked and when I mentioned seeing many complaints about Premier Savings she said yes but look at the dates (I had not seen yet this most recent post) and so I said, 2009 about 6 months ago...and she said because sonce about that time they had merged with a company called Real Solutions Center at realsolutions.org, and that they legally had to still use the name premier Savings, and that the "old" Premier Savings had had problems, but this program was honorable and would really help me. I said thank you but I do not feel comfortable being solicited over the telephone with this and would need to do a lot more research before I agreed to paying you a fee to negotiate on my behalf to lower my interest rate.

I would be intersted to hear if anyone knows about Real Soultions Center. I have not found any complaints yet on that company, or anything to back up that they merged with Premier Savings either, and whether the merger would improve their business conduct I have no idea!

Unsolicited Calls from Premier Savings

This company has repeatedly contacted me to try to sell me their debt consolidation package even though I am in good standing with my credit card payments. They also allege that I have credit cards that I do not have. Their pitch that they "are calling on behalf of your credit card companies. . ." is completely fraudulent--none of these companies asked Premier Savings nor was Premier Savings authorized to contact me,nor were they authorized to obtain my contact info. I will be contacting the BBB regarding this company. This company has contacted me at least 10 times during the past two months and although I have requested that they remove my information from their database, they have not done so. There also appears to be no way to contact them directly, which is also an indication that they are not a legitimate business.

They called me today at work and today's rate is $499 to get an interest rate of 7%. I didn't give the the security code on the card.

These *** just called me from a blocked number. The girl on the other end told me that she was with "Premier Credit Card" and could reduce my rates. I don't HAVE a Premier credit card.

When I asked her what credit card company she was with she then became "Premier Savings" and not a credit card company at all. To which I told her to go get bent I was not interested.

I immediately got online and found not just this page but many others that were complaint pages about this scam. They have an F rating with the BBB and so many people have been fleeced by these *** artists it's not even funny.

It's about time for the authorities to take over and stop these idiots before they continue to do damage to hard working people.

I have been plagued by these criminals for months now. It all started when they kept calling me over an over again from a "Restricted" number and I refused to answer, as that is my usual policy when receiving restricted calls.

So, one morning they called me at 8:00 AM! I was sleeping off a hangover and was none to pleased to be awoken, so when I picked up the phone and answered, I proceeded to unleash a flurry of obscenities to the silent recipient. Big mistake. It felt good at the time, but little did I know this would make me an even bigger target for them!

Shortly after my rant, I started getting calls from them 4 to 5 times a day! Everyday! And when I answered, they would simply hang up on me without a word! How infuriating!

This has been going on for a few months now until finally tonight I answered and they said they were "Premiere Savings" blah blah blah and I responded, "I am not interested, no thank you. Could you please take me off of your calling list?" And what was their response? The guy on the other end said in response to my plea: "Probably." Following that came an abrupt hang up.

Do not do business with these thugs. I hope they get what they deserve for praying on society in such trying times!

Guest

You can tell them you don't desire their services, but they continue. You send them the $439.00 and follow their instructions.

You get turned down by others P.S. tells you to use. Interest rates rise on some cards and limits lowered. I haven't been late and not overlimits.

Was no hardship. The price of an education.

The money spent doesn't show the moneies lost by interest on the $439.00. Run from Premier Savings quickly!!

Did not tell the truth in order to get their money first. False promises

Premier savings is a bunch of *** artists that continue to change their story from employee to employee. They just keep the ball rolling with no results to keep your money that they charge to a credit card that they are trying to get reduced. They tell you that they have all these banks that are gauranteed to get your rate to 4-9%. What really happens is your credit rating just keeps going down the more the banks hit your credit and give you a big fat no! Then they say you have to have credit counseling and keep going through there *** so they don't have to give you your money back. I highly recomend that you stay far far away from this company and tell everyone you know the same thing. I don't even have high debt or bad credit and they can't help me. They sure did take my credit score down by letting the banks hit knowing they are not going to help you. Run form these crooks, RUN!
